Why did Rip Curl launch this recycling program?
For years, Rip Curl has been working on a real solution to recycle neoprene, a complex material with limited end-of-life options. This program is part of our circular economy approach, aiming to extend product life, reduce waste, and turn old wetsuits into useful, durable items. It’s a key step in our environmental commitment to close the loop.
Our Wetsuit Service Center is owned and operated by Rip Curl which means you will receive the best quality service.
We are also able to repair wetsuits that are out of warranty* to prolong the life of your favorite suit.
*Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
